a willingness to integrate internet-related technology (i.e. use of email, new computer software, a digital camera, laptop computer, etc.) with traditional prospecting and selling strategies,
the determination and drive to set goals and beat deadlines,
a high regard for personal and professional development, and
a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

We offer our agents competitive commission splits between 75-90%, depending upon experience and sales volume.
